This ensures that no unintentional changes are made and only orders that actually fall within the insured risk are considered. Other employees or external third parties cannot file claims to prevent unwanted interventions.

Insurance starts from the first payment
As with any other insurance, there is a clearly defined starting point—the official start date of the insurance . And with us, this is clearly regulated: The insurance only takes effect from the moment payment is received.
This means that active coverage only begins once we have received the full premium for the web insurance. And it's important to note that this also requires that the entire web system has been paid for beforehand – only then can the insurance take effect.

Please include a brief description of the incident – ideally with a screenshot or link to the affected page – and also indicate a priority from 1 to 5:
